 HOW TO APPLY

Application to the historical society is done by completing a Clackamas County Historical Society (CCHS) Board of Directors Application. There are several way to complete this application. Please note that in order to be eligible to be voted in as a Board Member, you must be a current member of the Clackamas County Historical Society. Your application will not be turned away if you do not currently have a membership, however you will need to purchase a membership before the voting period begins (you can purchase a membership here).

FIRST METHOD - PDF

Download the CCHS Board of Directors Application and either print out or digitally fill out (such as through programs like Adobe Acrobat) the application. You can view the pdf by clicking the CCHS Board Application PDF button below.

If printing, once the form has been completed, either send it by mail to CCHS Board, PO BOX 2211 Oregon City, OR 97045 OR scan and email the form to board@clackamashistory.org with the words Board Application as well as your name in the email title (note: acceptable formats include png, jpg, jpeg, and pdfs). You may also drop your application off at the front desk of the Museum of the Oregon Territory. Check the museum main page for opening hours and potential closures.

If filling out the pdf form digitally, save the form as a pdf or word document (doc, docx) and email it to board@clackamashistory.org.
